Office Assistant - In-Office Position

Office Marketing Assistant

Job Description

We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant. Our business has exploded, and we must add more talented people to our team. We are a casual office with a very relaxed atmosphere - we hate corporate and stuffy offices and ensure we never feel like one.

Just FYI: This is not a Sales position masquerading as marketing. The Owners of the company handle all of the sales.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, organized, and hard-working.

> Perform administrative duties like answering phones, managing appointment calendars, etc.

> Assist with the execution of social media/marketing/PR campaigns to support company awareness, relationship building, and business goals

> Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials

> Participate in other marketing projects as requested

> Maintain an organized filing system

> Conduct internet research

> Post content on websites and social media accounts, and write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.)

> Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

> Provide general support to visitors

> Act as the point of contact for clients

> Assist with keeping the office clean

> Support the team with various Admin tasks as needed


> Exceptional attention to detail

> Ability to organize and create orderly systems

> Experienced in computer technology that includes Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing

> More advanced experience in software such as Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe, is preferred

> Being bilingual is a strong plus

This is not a remote job; working in our Villa Rica office is a requirement

Web Copywriter for SEO Content

Job Description

We are in search of a Website Content Writer to increase inbound traffic for our clients. Our ideal candidate is an excellent writer with basic knowledge of SEO and experience in content marketing.
